Returns & exchanges

Customers can exchange items or receive a credit note (Credit notes are valid for 6 months) for the original item's value. Returns will be made via the original payment method and can take 5-7 working days to process.
Items need to be returned to our warehouse and can only be returned or exchanged if they are unused and in original packaging.
