	Where is the best place for my hammock stand? Select a flat, dry area for your stand to avoid wobbling or sinking. You can easily move and adjust the stand whenever you want.
	How do I care for my stand? Once the hammock season ends, it's best to disassemble the stand and store it in a dry place. When setting it up again in spring, we advise treating the wood with tung oil for maintenance.

Warranty:

All LA SIESTA's products are subject to the standard factory guarantee period of 12 months. If your complaint is justified, we are happy to help you. We will repair it, replace it or give you a new replacement part, whatever is necessary. Just make sure you still have the original invoice as proof of purchase.

Returns & exchanges
In case you change your mind, you can return or exchange your items within 7 days of purchase. Customers can exchange items or receive a credit note (Credit notes are valid for 6 months) for the original item's value. Returns will be made via the original payment method and can take 5-7 working days to process.

Items need to be returned to our warehouse and can only be returned or exchanged if they are unused and in original packaging.
