Cleaning instructions

Use a soft cloth (preferably dry) to gently wipe off any dust or stains from the lamp. Gently wipe without pressure to avoid scratching.

User information

When possible take Cheerio indoor, to avoid damage caused by heavy winds, theft, etcetera. We recommend using Cheerio outdoors whenever you feel like it, yet always charge indoors. Please read the manual carefully and always check to use a recommended adapter (5V 1A) to charge the Cheerio. Always use the original Fatboy USB cable.

Suitable charger: 5V, 1A, with USB (female) connection.

Warranty

All Fatboy products are subject to the standard Fatboy factory guarantee period of 24 months. If your complaint is justified, we are happy to help you. We will repair it, replace it or give you a new replacement part, whatever is necessary. Just make sure you still have the original invoice as proof of purchase. 

Please note we cannot replace, repair or reimburse in cases of incorrect maintenance or wear and fading due to intensive outdoor use, such as products being left permanently in the summer sun. Even outdoor products should be covered and protected from the blazing Middle East sun, when not in use.

Returns & exchanges
In case you change your mind, you can return or exchange your items within 7 days of purchase. Customers can exchange items or receive a credit note (Credit notes are valid for 6 months) for the original item's value. Returns will be made via the original payment method and can take 5-7 working days to process.

Items need to be returned to our warehouse and can only be returned or exchanged if they are unused and in original packaging.
