Pairing Your Lamp with the Remote
- Turn on the lamp: Press the button at the base.
- Pair the remote: Press and hold the power on button on the remote until the lamp starts blinking.
- Test the connection: Try changing the light color with the remote. If the lamp responds, it's paired!

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your items are ready to be shipped, you will receive a second email confirming dispatch.

Returns & exchanges
In case you change your mind, you can return or exchange your items within 7 days of purchase. Customers can exchange items or receive a credit note (Credit notes are valid for 6 months) for the original item's value. Returns will be made via the original payment method and can take 5-7 working days to process.
Items need to be returned to our warehouse and can only be returned or exchanged if they are unused and in original packaging.
