Washing & care Instructions 

Machine-washable: Delicate cycle at 30 degrees Celsius
Bind the suspension cords together: before washing to avoid tangling.
Do not tumble dry: To preserve your product, line dry.
Protect from abrasion: Ensure your hammock swing is fully suspended and does not rub on the ground.
Keep dry during winter: We recommend cleaning and thoroughly drying the hammock before the winter season. Then, store it in plastic to protect it from dust, mould, and vermin.

Warranty:

All LA SIESTA products are subject to the standard 12-month factory guarantee period. If your complaint is justified, we are happy to help. We will repair it, replace it, or give you a new replacement part, whatever is necessary. Just make sure you still have the original invoice as proof of purchase.

Please note that the warranty is not valid for wear and tear or fading due to incorrect maintenance and extensive outdoor use, such as products left permanently exposed to the sun. Outdoor products must still be covered and protected from the blazing Middle East sun when not in use.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your items are ready to be shipped, you will receive a second email confirming dispatch.

Returns & exchanges
In case you change your mind, you can return or exchange your items within 7 days of purchase. Customers can exchange items or receive a credit note (Credit notes are valid for 6 months) for the original item's value. Returns will be made via the original payment method and can take 5-7 working days to process.

Items need to be returned to our warehouse and can only be returned or exchanged if they are unused and in original packaging.
